Is this 1 on 1 coaching?

This challenge is centered around 1 on 1 coaching with Bi-Weekly check ins BUT you can go through the program solo without 1 on 1 coaching by selecting the other option below.

How much does the program cost in total?

For 1 on 1 coaching it will be $150 upon signing up and then 30 days later, the second and final payment of $150 will come out. If you did the program solo (without coaching) it is $200 total.

Is the meal plan custom to me and my goals?

Absolutely. You will receive a custom meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat and also with options for each meal as well. This is based on a number of factors such as activity level, age, weight, experience and what your overall goal is.

Who is this program for?

This program is for the women who want to lose weight and get in shape so they can have more confidence in their clothes and bikinis this summer!

How many days per week will I be working out?

This program calls for 5 days per week of weight training while allowing for 2 FULL rest days.
