Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for the person that wants to be functional and fit and to look good. They want to be fit and active and they need the push to do so.
What if I don't have a lot of gym experience?
This is perfectly ok. We show you the EXACT exercise with video demonstrations so you won't feel lost in the gym. We also have detailed notes explaining how to execute each exercise with the proper form, reps, tempo and so much more. We make it very easy to follow.
Can I do this program from home?
To get the most out of this challenge, you will need to have gym access. If you have a REALLY good setup at home, you could make it work.
How is this challenge different?
We are incorporating my proven methods that I use for my 1 on 1 clients. These workouts are designed to build muscle while simultaneously burning fat. This is a unique hybrid blend between hypertrophy and functional training.
When does the challenge start?
Challenge will kick of Monday July 15th! We will onboard you to our app with the program a few days before the challenge starts! Be on the lookout for our emails though because we tend to onboard you way ahead of time.
