Who is this program for?
This program is for the woman who is looking to build a lean, tone bikini body that has devloped shoulders, a flat and toned midsection and bigger, rounder and fuller glutes.
Do I need a gym for this program?
In order to optimize your muscle building potential, we developed this program to be gym based. So a normal equipped gym is best unless you have a lot of home equipment.
When will this program start?
Your program will be ready to start within a couple of hours upon signing up! Usually we can get you onboarded very quickly but just give us a couple hours to put everything together for you!
Do I get a meal plan with this program?
You will get a sample meal plan uploaded directly to the app. You can use this as basline diet to fit your individual needs. This diet covers my Metabolic Kickstart Formula.
How long do the workouts take?
I would set aside 1 hour to 1:15 minutes to complete the workouts with the cardio!
